Authors retain copyright in their scholarly works without restriction.
By submitting materials to the journal, authors grant the journal the right of first publication of the article.
All journal content is distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. This licence permits others to freely use, distribute, copy, reproduce and adapt published content, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author, article title, journal title and source of first publication.
Authors may deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, on personal webpages, in academic social networks and on other open electronic resources, provided that the full bibliographic description of the journal publication is included.
Diamond Open Access and APC Policy
The journal follows the principles of diamond open access.
All scholarly content published in the journal is available to readers free of charge and without technical restrictions immediately upon publication.
Users may freely read, download, copy, distribute, print and use published content, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author, article title, journal title and source of first publication.
The journal charges authors no fees for manuscript submission, consideration, peer review, editing, layout preparation or publication.
There is no Article Processing Charge (APC). Authors, their institutions or affiliated organisations do not pay any fee for the processing, peer review or publication of an article in the journal.
The journal also charges readers no fees for access to published articles. All content is openly available and may be used in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.
Publishing Transparency and Quality Control
The editorial office ensures that information published on the journal website is complete, accurate and verifiable, including information on the Editorial Board, peer review procedures, journal policies, financial policy, open access and actual indexing in databases.
The editorial office does not allow manipulation of metadata, publication dates, DOI records, citation indicators, indexing information, peer review procedures or the composition of the Editorial Board.
No more than one article by the same author or co-author may be published in a single issue of the journal.
The total annual volume of published materials must not increase by more than 50 per cent compared with the previous year, except in cases that have an objective and documented justification.
Restrictions on the Appointment of Reviewers and Editorial Board Members
The editorial office does not appoint to the Editorial Board or involve in peer review any persons for whom legally established facts of academic misconduct have been confirmed.
The editorial office does not appoint to the Editorial Board or involve in peer review persons who are residents of a state recognised under the established procedure as an aggressor state or occupying state, or of the Republic of Belarus, as well as persons who have had confirmed cases of scientific and technical cooperation with such persons after 24 February 2022, including through co-authorship in publications submitted for print after that date.
Confidentiality
The editorial office ensures the confidentiality of information received during manuscript submission, consideration and peer review.
Information about submitted materials is not disclosed to persons who are not involved in the editorial process. Personal data of authors, reviewers and other users are used exclusively for the editorial, organisational and technical needs of the journal.
The editorial office does not disclose personal data to third parties or use them for purposes unrelated to the journal’s activities.
