Open Access, APC and Use of AI

Diamond Open Access and Financial Policy

The journal follows the diamond open access model.

Authors pay no fees for manuscript submission, consideration, peer review, editing or publication. Publication in the journal is free of charge for authors.

All published content is openly available to readers immediately upon publication. Readers may view, download, copy, distribute, print and use the content free of charge, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author, article title, journal title and source of first publication.

The journal has no Article Processing Charge (APC). The journal does not charge authors, their institutions or affiliated organisations any fee for processing, peer review, editing, layout preparation or publication of articles.

Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence

Authors must use artificial intelligence tools and AI-assisted technologies responsibly.

AI tools may not be listed as authors or co-authors of an article, as they cannot assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, originality or scholarly value of the published material.

If authors use AI tools to support language editing, translation, text structuring, data analysis, or the creation of images, tables or other materials, this must be disclosed in a note or in a separate section titled “Use of Artificial Intelligence”.

Authors are fully responsible for checking the accuracy, integrity and copyright compliance of all materials prepared with the assistance of AI.
