General Principles and Type of Peer Review

All scholarly articles submitted to Bulletin of Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University. Series: Psychological Sciences undergo preliminary editorial screening, an academic integrity check and independent peer review.

The peer review procedure is intended to ensure the scholarly quality of publications, the objectivity of editorial decisions, compliance with publication ethics and the relevance of submitted materials to the journal’s scope.

Type of Peer Review

The journal applies independent scholarly peer review. Where possible, the editorial office ensures the anonymity of the parties involved in the review process in accordance with the principles of impartial manuscript evaluation.

Peer review is conducted by specialists who hold an academic degree, conduct research in the subject area of the submitted manuscript and have an appropriate publication record in the relevant field.
