Abstract

The article explores the socio-psychological factors influencing personality development in the digital era, where the rapid advancement of information technologies significantly transforms all areas of human life—education, professional activity, communication, and social interaction. The relevance of the study is determined by the necessity for individuals and society to adapt to digital transformations, which create new opportunities for self-realization, remote learning, psychological support, and intellectual development, while simultaneously generating risks of information overload, digital addiction, emotional burnout, and the deformation of interpersonal relationships. The aim of the research is to define, analyze, and systematize the socio-psychological technologies that ensure the harmonious development of individuals and society in the context of digitalization. The methodological basis is grounded in the analysis of contemporary scientific works, empirical data, and practical psycho-pedagogical programs, including online counseling, emotional intelligence training, cognitive trainers, and digital art-therapeutic practices. The research findings demonstrate that socio-psychological technologies influence personality development through three key areas: the formation of digital competencies and critical thinking, the implementation of psychological tools for mental health support, and the creation of a safe digital environment that involves preventing cyberbullying and protecting personal data. It has been established that the integration of media education and emotional intelligence development programs contributes to enhancing digital culture, self-regulation, empathy, and psychological resilience. The conclusions indicate that the effective application of sociopsychological technologies in the digital space ensures harmonious personality development, improves quality of life, strengthens social relationships, and forms a psychologically resilient and socially active society. The prospects for further research lie in the development of digital detox programs, enhancing digital ethics, and strengthening individuals' adaptability to the conditions of rapid technological change.
