Psychological features of the manifestation of the psychologist as a subject of psychological influence

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of personality formation as a subject of psychological action and influence, the study of psychological mechanisms that ensure the effectiveness of psychological action, because at the moment this is one of the most relevant topics for all higher educational institutions that train future psychologists. In the article, we offer our point of view on this problem, as well as an analysis of scientific literature, a study of the concept of «subject of psychological influence». Professional training of a specialist is especially important in modern conditions. The problem of the personality and its professional formation as a long multifaceted process is one of the most important and difficult. The quality of its professional training and subsequent professional activity depends on the process of personality development in student age. In addition, the article presents a study of the peculiarities and conditions of the professional formation of future psychologists. One of the conditions for the formation of future psychologists as effective subjects of psychological influence is the purposeful development of communication skills. The adequate self-assessment is an important professional quality of a psychologist too. It`s important to understand an individual characteristics of personality, strengths and weaknesses. Also is useful to know how to beat your own weaknesses. An ease, sincerity, empathy, emotional stability and resistance to stress are the strong points of a psychologist. The lifestyle and overall attitude towards life appears in such attributes as optimism, liability, self-organization, creativity, flexibility and ability to self-reflection.
